JPL Squad Training:

Our JPL squads train twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm at Frensham Sports Ground, 101 Range Road, Mittagong NSW 2575. These training sessions are strictly for registered SHFC players only and are designed to help each player develop their skills, teamwork, and understanding of the game within a structured and supportive environment.

Players are expected to arrive on time so that training can commence promptly at the scheduled start. Punctuality demonstrates commitment and respect for both teammates and coaching staff. Once SHFC training kits have been issued, all players must attend training wearing the official club training kit. This ensures a consistent and professional appearance, while also promoting a sense of unity within the squad.

For safety reasons, shin pads are mandatory at every session. Players who do not have shin pads will not be permitted to participate in training activities. Each player should also bring a full water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session, as well as any personal medication they may require, such as inhalers or EpiPens.

By following these guidelines, players help maintain a professional and safe training environment that allows everyone to get the most out of each session.
